Synopsis
The design of this animation is based on rembrandt’s pencil drawings and sketches. One early morning, Rembrandt is having difficulties with painting one of his self-portraits. He loses control over his brushes and the portrait literally takes over his life.
Director's BIO
Thomas Coltof was born in Amsterdam on the 6th of july 1958. He started drawing at a very young age. He studied at the Amsterdam Academy of Visual Arts from 1977 to 1983. He now works as a freelance illustrator and designer.
