Synopsis

Gabby keeps bothering her older sister Tam to play, so Tam tells a story about a monster that lives in the forest. Whatever you do, you can’t let it see your face. But then her phone rings, leaving the story unfinished—so Gabby goes off to find the creature herself.

Director's BIO

After studying animation and painting at Harvard College, Lily Fang worked as a 3d animator at a motion graphics company in New York. She then moved to London to attend the Royal College of Art, where she further developed as a storyteller through embracing the art of stop frame puppet animation. Her films capture the childhood sense of awe through re-imagined mythic imagery and densely textured alien landscapes.
